Energise: Lemon, Ginge & Orange Essential Oils + Avocado Oil

Mineral, rich Himalayan salt infused with 100% essential oils, Avocado Oil and Marigold Flowers.

The healing powers of salt baths are still valued to the present day thanks to well-documented health benefits by ancient Greeks. And when choosing a salt to soak in, the pure Himalayan variety reigns supreme!

Because Himalayan salt is so rich in minerals.. to be exact 84 minerals.. soaking in salt water, soothe and repair damaged skin and promote cell renewal. And with the extra bit of Olive, Jojoba, Evening Primrose and other base oils, nourish and moisturise the skin.

However, we haven't stopped there and added plenty of pure essential oils and dry flowers to create that ultimate aromatherapy bathing experience.

How to Use

Bath salts/potions are mineral-rich crystals (like Epsom or sea salt) used to soften skin, soothe muscles, and relieve stress. To use them, pour 1–2 cups into warm, running bathwater, stir until fully dissolved, and soak your body for 15–20 minutes. Rinse off and moisturize your skin afterward.

  1. In the Bathtub (Full Soak)

  • How: Fill your tub with warm (but not scalding) water. As it fills, add 1 to 2 cups of bath salts and let them dissolve.
  • Soak: Lie back and enjoy a 20-minute soak to allow the minerals to absorb.
  • Finish: Briefly rinse off under the shower and apply body lotion to lock in moisture.
  1. Without a Bathtub

If you don't have a tub, you can still reap the aromatherapy and skin-softening benefits:

  • Bucket Bath: Add a couple of spoonfuls of bath salts to a bucket of warm water, stir to dissolve, and gently pour it over your body.
  • Steam Shower: Boil some water, mix in a tablespoon of salts, and place the bowl in the shower with you to clear congestion. Alternatively, put a handful of salts in a cloth bag and tie it to the showerhead.
  1. Targeted Hand or Foot Soaks
  • How: Fill a basin or bowl with warm water and mix in about cup of bath salts.
  • Usage: Soak your feet or hands for 15 minutes to ease joint aches and soften calluses.
  1. As an Exfoliating Scrub
  • How: Mix 1 tablespoon of bath salts with 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil (such as coconut, sweet almond, or jojoba oil).
  • Usage: Gently rub it onto damp skin in circular motions to scrub away dead skin cells, then rinse thoroughly.

Best Practices for a Great Soak

  • Check the Label: Always read the packaging for exact product measurements, as formulas can vary.
  • Avoid Irritation: If you have sensitive skin, eczema, or psoriasis, opt for fragrance-free salts to prevent stinging or allergic reactions.
  • Dilute Oils: If your bath salts contain essential oils, ensure they are fully dissolved or diluted in the water so they don’t irritate your skin at full strength.
