- Time it Right: Apply lotion within 3 minutes of showering or washing your hands. Pat your skin dry with a towel so it remains slightly damp, which helps trap water in the skin barrier.
- Warm the Product: Dispense a small, coin-sized dollop (or a slightly larger amount for the body) into your hands. Rub your palms together to warm the lotion up, allowing it to spread more smoothly and evenly.
- Apply to the Body: Use gentle, upward sweeping strokes and circular motions on your arms and legs. This technique helps stimulate circulation while ensuring complete coverage.
- Target Problem Areas: Hands, elbows, knees, and feet have thicker skin and lose moisture faster. Apply a thicker layer to these zones and massage it thoroughly.
- Massage Your Hands: Focus specifically on the back of the hands, cuticles, and knuckles to provide deep relief to dry, cracked skin.
- Let it Absorb: Wait a few minutes for the lotion to fully penetrate your skin before putting on clothes or handling items to avoid greasiness or product transfer.
